Welcome to Fastrack Builders!

A little bit about us, we are not old chronologically.  Our company represents the achievements of a lifetime goal.  Richard Bracone, president of Fastrack Bulders, began his career welding deep-water oil lines.  From there he started his own construction business in New York.  In 1985 he joined a national building firm as a field super intendant.  With this firm, he completed numerous commercial stores with various types of constructions.  These projects were completed from Florida to Hawaii.  In 1997 he accomplished his goal of starting his own corporation and Fastrack Builders was born.

Our initial job involved multi-million dollar renovations at several locations for a major hotel chain.  This was followed by contracts to build numerous stores for a national clothing chain.  The work was completed in shopping malls in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Virginia. 

The scope of our expertise includes all facets of commercial construction disciplines.

We are a growing company, yet we have not lost touch with our customer’s needs.  Fastrack Builders specialty is new construction, interior build-out, and renovations.
